Horton Grange weddings
I’ve shot some fantastic Horton Grange weddings but Kat and David’s was really something special, amazing cakes, sweets, beautiful flowers (courtesy of Cosmic Flowers), my favourite wedding band (The Maverick Rejects) and a pizza van cooking stone baked pizzas (Pizaette)… however trimmings alone do not make a great wedding and Kat and David, their friends and families were out of this world!!! It was such a great day to be part of.
One of the best things about Horton Grange weddings are that the venue is booked for sole use and so every wedding has a very intimate feel to it, I’m proud to be one of their recommended suppliers as it’s a great place! Despite it being January (and quite chilly) the weather stayed fine for Kat and David’s big day meaning we could make use of the excellent grounds for the bride and groom portraits. It just so happens that these guys are great in front of the camera… it made for some great photos!
The ceremony was very moving but involved some great laughter too when Kat had to force the ring on to her finger, and later the speeches were equally as moving and funny, which really summed up the whole day and evening… fun, love, romance, laughter and a PROPER party atmosphere. Epic! Horton Grange weddings seriously don’t get any better than this.
I left late in the evening and the place was quite literally rocking with The Maverick Rejects playing 60’s rock n roll and the guests dancing the night away. I grabbed a cheese free pizza on the way out (I’m lactose intolerant) and headed home with a smile on my face. Kat and David your wedding was an amazing start to my 2015, thank you so much for making me such a welcome part of your day, I wish you both (and Flynn) so much happiness in your lives.
