Catherine & Martin
I absolutely loved this wedding, I mean what’s there not to love about an awesome couple, a treehouse lit by fair lights, a dog in a bow tie and a real chilled out and relaxed vibe? It was quite simply a fantastic occasion. I’m often reminded of how important people’s wedding photos are, receiving e-mails even two years after a wedding from the bride saying she’s just been looking through the images and reminiscing. Catherine and Martin’s images took on even more significance as her father sadly passed away suddenly and unexpectedly only a couple of weeks after the big day – tragic and extremely sad news. I have had some lovely e-mails from Catherine about the images and how they’ve helped her and the family through this difficult time… my thoughts are with them.
I don’t want this to be a sad blog post though, and I know Catherine wants to remember her dad for being the lovely, kind and warm man he was… his personality clearly passed down to his daughter and that really showed in how relaxed and fun her and Martin’s wedding was. It really was an amazing and romantic day, one I am pleased to have been a part of and helped everyone remember such a fantastic occasion. To see their magical day just click on the link below 🙂
